Contract for Contributors

• calla PHOTO's terms and conditions will apply to all submitted photos, illustartions, and published images.
  
  
• The artist will always remain the rightful owner of the copyright.
  
  
• Images that have been accepted for sale on calla PHOTO will be offered for a minimum of twelve months. After that time either party can withdraw from the agreement.
  
  
• There is no sign up fee for contributors.
  
  
• We pay the artist 52% of the listed gross price for downloadable images.
  
  
• No CD compilations are made without prior permission granted by the artist.
  
  
• Stock image prices are determined by their size or the artist's recommendation.
  
  
• Work from contributors is not offered on sale unless so desired by the artist.
  
  
• Work from contributors is not offered as greeting cards.
  
  
• Each displayed image will be accompanied by the contributor's initials which links to the artist's profile.
  
  
• Payments to contributors are made at the end of each month via PayPal.
  
  
• Once accepted as a contributor we ask you to provide us with a short profile to be published on the artist's page.
  
  
• Every time one of your products is sold you receive an email listing the product SKU.
  
  
• Only the rightful copyright owner may submit artwork to calla PHOTO. calla PHOTO will under no circumstance be held liable for copyright infringements caused by a contributor.
  
  
• Each contributor is responsible and required to keep all original model release forms on file. A copy of each model release has to be submitted to calla PHOTO. calla PHOTO will not be held liable for any invasion of privacy caused by a contributors neglect to obtain a model's consent.
  
  
• calla PHOTO does not guarantee the sale of products.
  
  
• calla PHOTO submits its web site URL to major search engines on a regular basis.
  
  
• Images offered for sale on calla PHOTO may not be submitted to any other stock image library neither online nor on CD's. Also none of the images may be given away for free.
  
  
• calla PHOTO does not accept work which is already offered on a different stock library.
