Stock Photography License Agreement and Warranty

By purchasing royalty free stock images from calla PHOTO you agree to the conditions listed below.

Copyright always remains with the artist.

You may:

• Use the stock images for print, digital productions, presentations, and multimedia content either for personal or professional use.
• Use the images as often as you like.
• Digitally modify the stock images.

You may not:

• Reproduce the images as photographic prints and sell the photographs.
• No production of posters for retail purposes.
• Add any image to a stock photo or clip art CD.
• Upload any image to a stock photo or clip art website.
• Claim copyright for any image, even after digital modification.
• Share images with third parties.

Warranty

The images are provided "as is".

calla PHOTO makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for any particular use, type or quality of image, or compatibility with any computer or other kind of equipment.

calla PHOTO shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, and consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, any royalty free images downloaded from this website.

The international copyright laws of the United States and Canada will govern this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force effect.
